The bronchi carry air to your lungs.</p> <p>The most common problem with the bronchi is bronchitis, an inflammation of the tubes. Bronchitis can be <a href='https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/acutebronchitis.html'>acute</a> or <a href='https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/chronicbronchitis.html'>chronic</a>.
