- NCI2016_02D:A congenital or acquired disorder affecting the elastic fibers of the skin. It is characterized by loss of elasticity resulting in loosening and folding of the skin.|MSH2017_2016_08_12:A group of connective tissue diseases in which skin hangs in loose pendulous folds. It is believed to be associated with decreased elastic tissue formation as well as an abnormality in elastin formation. Cutis laxa is usually a genetic disease, but acquired cases have been reported.
