- 上肢神经卡压：一是拇、食、中指的麻木疼痛，常有夜间麻醒史，醒后活动可好转。严重者可伴有手部肌肉萎缩，影响手的精细动作，这是因为正中神经在腕部受到压迫，即所谓的“腕管综合症”；二是环、小指的麻木疼痛，也可有夜间麻醒史，严重者伴有肌萎缩，环、小指的屈指力下降，影响精细运用。这是因为神经在肘部受到卡压，即所谓的“肘管综合症”手麻木。
