- 痰热阻肺，病证名。指痰热壅阻于肺，发生喘咳。症见发热咳嗽、喘息痰鸣、胸膈满闷，咯黄稠痰或痰中带血，甚则呼吸迫促、胸胁作痛、大便秘结、小便短赤，舌红苔黄腻，脉滑数。治宜清热化痰，方如麻杏石甘汤。
