- 胃十二指肠溃疡出血也是溃疡病常见并发症。小量出血往往没有临床症状。仅在大便隐血试验时发现。出血量大于500ml时，即为大出血，主要表现为呕血、便血和不同程度的贫血。在溃疡病住院病人当中，有大约10%是因为大出血而住院。虽然出血在所有并发症中所占比例最大，但近来出血在消化性溃疡并发症中所占比例更有所上升
