- 五更泄泻又称晨泻、肾泻、鸡鸣泻，最早出现于《丹溪心法》“有每日五更处洞泻……,随节饮食忌口，但得日间上半时无事，近五更其泻复作”。是一种慢性、反复发作性的黎明之时的腹泻。主要表现为每至黎明前五更时分开始出现脘腹作痛或不痛，肠鸣即泻，泻后则安，大便不成形，无黏液及脓血。
