- Definition
- 五心烦热（sphoria with feverish sensation in chest，palms and soles）指两手两足心发热，并自觉心胸烦热。多由阴虚火旺、心血不足，或病后虚热不清及火热内郁所致。是虚损劳瘵等病的常见症之一。治宜滋阴降火，清热养阴，清肝理脾等法，可选用清骨散、升麻散、《千金》竹叶汤、逍遥散、茯苓补心汤等方。火郁而宜升发者，用火郁汤加减。亦可选用知柏地黄丸，清骨散、升麻散、《千金》竹叶汤、逍遥散、茯苓补心汤等加减治疗。
