- 病名。痢，古通利。即泄泻。《局方发挥》：“夫泻痢证，其类尤多，故贤曰湿多成泻，此确论也。”泻痢与痢疾不同，无里急后重、大便脓血之证。《痢证汇参》卷二：“泻痢之证，并无虚坐努责，惟觉倦怠，若滞下则不然，或脓或血，或赤白兼下，虽有痛不痛之异，然皆里急后重。”
