- 胸胁痛是指因感受外邪或情志失调或饮食不节或跌打损伤等原因导致的脉络失养或闭阻而引起的以胸胁部疼痛为主的一种病症。病位在肝胆，病性有虚有实。俗称：“岔气”。临床上可见于肋间神经痛、急性胆囊炎、胆结石、肝炎等。
