- 腰痛（lumbodynia；lumbago；low back pain）是临床常见的症状，以腰部一侧或两侧疼痛为主，常可放射到腿部，常伴有外感或内伤症状。引起腰痛的原因很多，除运动系统疾病与外伤以外，其他器官的疾病也可引起腰痛。如泌尿系炎症或结石、肾小球肾炎、某些妇女疾病（盆腔炎、子宫后倾等）、妊娠、腰部神经根炎和某些腹部疾病皆可出现腰痛
