- 也称之肌衄，多数指血液溢出肌肤之间，皮肤表现青紫斑点或斑块的病证。西医的血液病、维生素缺乏症等所致皮下紫癜，均可参照本证辨证论治。另外在微电子封装领域中，紫斑主要是指引线键合中的Au-Al焊接界面上所产生的Au-Al化合物，其成分为AuAl2，它的存在会严重影响到引线键合的质量和可靠性。
