- 盗汗是中医的一个病证名，是以入睡后汗出异常，醒后汗泄即止为特征的一种病征。“盗”有偷盗的意思，古代医家用盗贼每天在夜里鬼祟活动，来形容该病证，即每当人们入睡、或刚一闭眼而将入睡之时，汗液象盗贼一样偷偷的泄出来。
