- 疳证，中医病名。疳证是由于喂养不当，或因多种疾病的影响，导致脾胃受损，气液耗伤而形成的一种小儿慢性病证。临床以形体消瘦，面黄发枯，精神萎靡或烦躁，饮食异常，大便不调为特征。本病相当于西医学营养不良。
