- 指单位容积血液中红细胞数高于正常值高限。一般认为经多次检查成年男性红细胞＞600万/mm3，成年女性＞550万／mm3，就属红细胞增多。相对性增多见于血液浓缩；绝对性增多见于高原生活、胎儿及新生儿、剧烈的体力劳动、严重的心肺疾患以及真性红细胞增多症。
