- Definition
- 噤口痢是属于痢疾之一。见《丹溪心法·痢》。亦称禁口痢。指患痢疾而见饮食不进，食入即吐，或呕不能食者。常见于疫痢、湿热痢重症。多因湿浊热毒蕴结肠中，邪毒亢盛，胃阴受劫，升降失常；或因久病脾胃两伤，中气败损所致。症见不思饮食，呕恶不纳，下痢频繁，肌肉瘦削，胸脘痞闷，舌绛，苔黄腻等。治疗可选用清热、解毒、辟秽、降逆、和阴、益气等法。
