- 尿痛（urodynia）指患者排尿时尿道或伴耻骨上区、会阴部位疼痛。其疼痛程度有轻有重，常为烧灼感，重者痛如刀割。尿痛常见于尿道炎、前列腺炎、前列腺增生、精囊炎、膀胱炎、尿路结石、膀胱结核、肾盂肾炎等。治疗尿痛首先要控制急性感染，同时配合药物外洗，然后根据尿道外口的局部情况决定治疗方案
