- 胬肉攀睛指有一三角形脂膜胬起如肉，由眼珠眦角横贯白睛，攀侵黑睛的慢性外障眼病。多生于大眦，生于小眦或两眦同时发生者较少见。病变进程缓慢，往往经过数月或多年始侵入黑睛，并逐渐遮盖瞳仁，也有停止进展者。本病相当西医之翼状胬肉
