- 湿热下注是一个中医的术语。中医认为，膀胱系津液之府，湿热蕴结于下焦，下注膀胱，湿热阻于肾与膀胱，导致肾与膀胱气化失常，则水道、小便不利，泄时涩痛，尿赤，尿浑浊，小便频数，淋沥不畅（即尿频、尿急、尿短少、尿痛等尿路刺激症状）。临床可以根据辨证用五淋散、萆解分清饮、黄连解毒汤等等加减治疗。
