Definition
证名。脐下部胀满。多见于以下几种情况。如伤寒发热，小腹硬满，小便反利，为蓄血证。当根据病证之轻重，选用桃仁承气汤。兼见发狂者，为蓄血重证，用抵当汤。腹满手足厥冷，真武汤。若手足厥冷，不结胸，小腹满，按之痛，为冷结在膀胱关元，可用当归四逆汤加吴萸、生姜，灸关元穴（见《医宗必读》卷五）。
