- 是口腔黏膜疾病中发病率最高的一种疾病，普通感冒、消化不良、精神紧张、郁闷不乐等情况均能偶然引起该病的发生，好发于唇、颊、舌缘等，在黏膜的任何部位均能出现，但在角化完全的附着龈和硬腭则少见。发病年龄一般在10～30岁之间，女性较多，一年四季均能发生。复发性阿弗他溃疡有自限性，能在10天左右自愈。该病具有周期性、复发性及自限性等特点
